Killen- Killen is a seedling of Early Golden, its very similar to Early Golden. Grown by Joseph Killen of Felton , Delaware in the mid 1099’s

Killen—Originated as seedling at Felton, Delaware, orchard. Does well in southern Connecticut, and has been the first choice variety in central Illinois. Starts ripening usually a few days later than Early Golden and extends over a longer season continuing through October. Strong growing and early productive tree very much like Early Golden, its probable parent. Fruit a little deeper color and deeper shape than Early Golden, with no astringency when mature, firm and of high quality, averaging a little smaller than Early Golden and slightly larger than Garretson. Has a slightly plumper seed than Early Golden, but not much difference in its pubescent leaves, which run to a large size on vigorous branches or recent grafts. One male flowered branch has also been observed a few years on Killen, grafts from which have at least temporarily reverted to pistillate.

Brambleberry Blend- a mix of early to midseason ripening fruit from Indiana. Lots of great great selections!
